Convention Committee
The Convention Committee evaluates potential conference
locations with the Executive Director and assists in
negotiating the conference contracts as needed. It also
assists in selecting sponsors for the events.

The Community Currency Committee is focused in establishing
and integrating Complementary Currency Systems worldwide
into the IRTA community.

Corporate Barter & Media Council Committee
The Corporate Committee is focused on locating and facilitating
large corporate transactions between IRTA members.

Ethics Committee
The Ethics Committee reviews IRTA’s ethics standards and
recommends changes as needed. It reviews all formal ethics
complaints that are filed and equitable and enforceable
decisions based on the facts.

Membership Committee
The Membership Committee works with the Executive Director
to assist in identifying and contacting prospective and viable
trade exchanges, non-industry companies and/or alternative
currency organizations regarding membership in IRTA.

UC Committee
The UC Committee's goal is to maintain a fiscally responsible
and safe trading platform for all UC members. The Committee
meets every other week via conference call and discusses current
issues, reviews lines of credit and gives the UC Broker feedback
on how to increase trade volume and better service the
membership.

The Website Committee is in charge of constantly updating
and improving the IRTA website. The committee works with
