IRTA launches their IRTA Verifiable Logo program in May 2006. IRTA members in good standing are able to display the IRTA logo on their website. The logo will display a certificate of good-standing when a visitor's mouse scrolls over the IRTA logo.

IRTA Executive Director, Krista VArdabash, and IRTA President, Lois Dale, were featured speakers at the Singpore Global Entrepolis event in Singapore November 1st, 2006. The event attracted over 15,0000 SME's from throughout Asia.

January 28th, 2008 IRTA Executive Director, Ron Whitney goes to Washington DC for a 2 day IRPAC meeting. Ron reports encouraging news about problems exchanges face when dealing with the IRS and non matching TINS, penalties and notices.
